To: All Transwestern Customers

Subject: Force Majeure - Station 4 Compressor Station (Klagetoh, AZ).

Reason: (Capacity Reduction) Station 4 has experienced a power outage due to wild fires.

REVISION 3: Power has been restored to Station 4.  Transwestern is bringing capacity back up to normal for Intraday 1 for Gas Day July 12th, 2025

This Force Majeure event will affect the Mainline Thoreau West capacity.

Gas Day June 30, 2025 (Intraday 1)

Mainline Thoreau West capacity will be reduced from 1,240,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 1,100,000 MMBtu/d.

Gas Day July 12th, 2025 (Intraday 1)

Mainline Thoreau West capacity will increase from 1,100,000 MMBtu/d to approximately 1,240,000 MMBtu/d.
